WordPress is becoming more and more popular with developers and self-builders alike – which is requiring more and more support for troubleshooting and custom changes.
Whilst WordPress have their own very good support forums here – https://wordpress.org/support – There are certain changes that require custom changes and advanced support that just wouldn’t be able to be done via a support forum.
We offer support for all of our clients for the first 30 days after completion of the website that includes tutorials on how to do anything with their website. This also includes custom changes to their site, so that they are satisfied with their finished product.
We also offer “Website Maintenance” packages here – Website Management – but sometimes people come to us with a change that would not be included in our generic maintenance package and they need doing urgently.
So we have launched our new “WordPress Support” package. We will carry out work for a flat hourly fee for custom design changes, or can offer quotations for advanced customisation, usually adding new features (booking systems etc.) or including extra functionality of some sort.
Our team can normally carry out most WordPress customisation from our base here in Newquay, Cornwall – however sometimes we need to outsource to other developers. We have trusted contacts that we work with all of the time so you needn’t worry, your end product will be just the same and the service you receive will be just as good. This flexibility means we can offer lots more features that’s all.
